Every year, the mad scientist and I start thinking of Christmas card ideas in, oh, about January. We spout off funny ideas and postulate about pictures. Our goal: a card that will make our friends and family laugh out loud; a card that will stay on refrigerators across the country for years to come; a card that will embarrass our offspring in a way that nothing else can.
In 2007 we dressed up as Tod and Margo from "A Christmas Vacation."
The year our son was born, we used him as a prop (he
loved it):
We always seem to come up with something early on in the year and then forget it by the time Christmas rolls around. So here we are, halfway through November. We've got some ideas. Don't you worry.
